PERSPECTIVES FROM CHINESE THINK TANKS
China's position on the Russia-Ukraine conflict has been closely watched and scrutinized. Two of the most prominent Chinese foreign policy think tanks – the Shanghai Institute for International Studies (SIIS) and the Tsinghua Center for International Strategy and Security (CISS), have added their voices to the robust discussion, with the release of a six-part series of analyses examining the impacts of the war in Ukraine on the global order and China's relations with the U.S., the EU, and Russia, as well as the future of global efforts toward arms control and economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
