Elyssa Koepp is a Tunisian-German-American specialist in monitoring and evaluation projects across Tunisia and Libya. Fluent in French, English, and German, and learning Tunisian Arabic, Elyssa holds a master’s degree in international relations from SAIS Johns Hopkins, where she also contributed as a research assistant at the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development. Her work looks primarily at Tunisia's political, economic, social, and cultural evolution since 2011.
