Xiuye (Tony) Zhao currently serves as Director for Asia Operations at the State Legislative Leaders Foundation, a national nonprofit organization representing legislative leaders in all fifty states. His work has promoted U.S.-China subnational engagement by hosting subnational legislative summits and exchange programs between the United States and China.
