Gillian Zwicker is a Research Assistant at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars’ China Environment Forum, where she researches water resources and security, energy transition, and environmental governance in China and the United States. She received her M.A. in International Studies and Energy, Resources, and the Environment from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, and her B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.
