Charlie Parton is an associate fellow of The Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), an independent British think tank engaged in defense and security research. He is also London director of the Beijing-based research and analysis company China Policy and a specialist advisor on China for the Foreign Affairs Committee of the British House of Commons.
