Wang Yiming works as Vice Chairman of China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) and Member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He served as Vice President (Vice Minister) and Senior Research Fellow of DRC from 2015 to 2020. He is a part-time doctoral supervisor at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, professor of Renmin University. He graduated from Nankai University in 1989 with a PhD Degree in Economics. After that, he worked at the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) for more than 20 years and took the posts as Executive Vice President of Academy of Macroeconomics Research and Deputy Secretary General of NDRC. From 1993 to 1994, he had been a visiting scholar at the Department of Applied Economics of the University of Leuven in Belgium.
He has been engaged in research on macroeconomic policy, strategy and planning for long. He has published more than 200 academic papers and theoretical articles on important journals both at home and abroad, authored and co-authored more than 10 books. As an expert he enjoys special government allowance. He has won many awards for outstanding research achievements.
王一鸣，中国国际经济交流中心副理事长，第十三届全国政协委员、经济委员会委员，国务院发展研究中心原副主任、研究员，兼任中国社会科学院博士生导师、中国人民大学兼职教授。1989年毕业于南开大学，获经济学博士学位，其后长期在国家发展和改革委员会工作，曾担任国家发改委宏观经济研究院常务副院长、国家发改委副秘书长等职。1993-1994年，曾在比利时老鲁汶大学应用经济系做访问学者一年。
主要从事发展战略和规划、宏观经济和政策等方面的研究工作，先后在国内外重要刊物上发表学术论文和理论文章200多篇，独著、合著、主编学术著作10余部。为享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴专家。曾多次获优秀研究成果奖励。
