Top leaders in China’s ruling Communist Party will hold a key meeting from Oct. 26 to 29 to discuss the next five-year plan, state news agency Xinhua said on Monday.
The 13th five-year plan has been one of the most anticipated documents from China in which the party outlines national priorities and sets economic and social development targets.
